Normally the term is tour guide and is the person who take tourists and he go with them to see the local, tourist attractions and explains the history of the site visit.

An extended period of leisure and recreational especially one spend away from home or in travelling. 

Host

Is someone who receives guests in your home.

Hotel

Establishmenent where they temporarily rent furnished rooms whit or whithout food service.

Is the tourism designed and adapted for people with special needs much psychological as physical or both.

a plan that the tourist wishes to follow, the places he wants to know in a new place/country.
